Federal Trust Bank Informative - On-Line Bank Non-Support!

SANFORD, FLORIDA -- This is in regards to the total non-support that this bank has to offer..We have been a customer for years now, and it is a sad day when you get people that treat you very rude, put you on hold for long periods, and make you feel like their doing you a big favor by even talking to you on the phone..We thought that was their job..This is so stupid to even get into, but over $25.00 that was supposed to be sent to my daughter and grandkids, they end up charging us about $20.00 over four months..We even try to cancel the service and they block our on-line access so they can charge another month..This is so petty of a big company trying to take advantage of a hard working family..Our Grandkids never did get the $25.00 which was supposed to be delivered over a month ago..Hope that you all can sleep well!
