SearsConnect Complaint - Charges and no valid explaination
I decided to get my long distance service for home and business through Sears.
My home number was changed and I called them ASAP in July. I was charged 3 telephone lines past few months and there are these "other charges" on both my home and business accounts to which customer service couldn't answer what they were.
SearsConnect in Canada states "No hidden fees".
So far twice the customer service personel had no clue what these other charges meant and each account has a $49.00 and a $64.00 in other charges for August and September not counting the charges for a 3rd non-existent telephone number of $24.99 for August and also September.
