Revlon Informative - Yes and no! - Beauty Products

NORTH CAROLINA -- I bought a product and it broke within 24 hours--even before I got it out of the packaging. I knew the drug store I bought it at would not accept it, so I tried sending it back to Revlon. Sure enough, they apologized and sent me coupons*. ROCK ON REVLON! ROCK ON!! I love great customer service.


*** Update: tried to use coupons at CVS and they couldn't recognize them. There was no barcode. There's no rest for the weary in my house.

I'm curious about what product you bought that broke. Was it make up?
