Wal-Mart Complaint - Sam's Club Violated by Employee
TROY, MICHIGAN -- First let me start by saying This happen at Sam' Club in which Walmart is an owner.
I recently purchased a Sam's Club membership. Initially, I found it to be very useful, however, due to a very unpleasant & violating experience in the Madison Heights, MI store, I will no longer be doing business with them. Approximately two weeks ago, I was shopping along with my mother and one of the stock-workers took a jumbo size cereal box and rammed it into my stomach, which nearly caused me to fall over. I was very upset and appalled. Once I realized what happened, I immediately acknowledged him and his reply was, "ha-ha, you and I like the same cereal." Upon hearing this, I reported the issue to management and he said, "Look, it's no big deal, he was probably just hitting on you." I was so shocked at his lack of sensitivity that I called the police who soon came to the store. It took such an action on my part to even get your management staff to address the worker about it. There is no excuse for Sam's Club employees to attack their customers, let alone touch them. I have asked to be refunded the cost of my membership I purchased that day and never got a response. I have many friends and relatives who go to Sam's Club store I find it my duty as an honest consumer to tell them the truth about the company. I don't know if his actions represent the way Sam's Club or Walmart does business but I suggest taking a lesson form how Costco operate.
