T-Mobile Complaint - Sidekick replacement
MARYLAND -- My sons are both in college. The summer of 06 they begged me to buy them a sidekick. Since they were going to college they convinced me that this would be a cheaper way to go.
Well, a few months ago both sons called and thier sidekicks would not charge. My son in Texas mailed his phone in without a problem. My second son had a huge problem. This was his first year away from home. He said he was told to mail in his phone.
He mails in his phone. I could scream!!!!! T-mobile sends him back half of a phone. A phone with no back. They tell me that the charger would did not work because there was a problem with the phone.
My son was only to send in the phone and keep the back of the back of the phone. Thus is my frustration!!! I have been informed that they can track the phone but have no process to return the back.
I am stuck paying a bill on a phone that has no back and my son can not use. I was told that T-Mobile has no way of returning the back to us. We have to buy a new phone.
They tracked the phone and said it was returned but they can not send me the back from that phone.I was informed that there was no process for returning the back of the phone.
I can not believe that T-Mobil will not help me in this process. They have left me hanging.....
If Zeta Jones only knew what a joke T-mobile customer service and product line is.She represents a pissssss poor company.
