Domino's Pizza Complaint - Extremely late delivery and rude employees
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- My wife and I ordered a pizza from Domino's on Neptune Ave. in Brooklyn, NY around 3:20pm on a Monday, and by 5pm never received our order. We called to find out what happened and received a rude confrontation over the phone from a surly girl that was attempting to convince us that we the customer must be considerate of people making food and that when we are told an order will take 30 minutes, must allow at least 45, and if it takes longer, we must still be considerate and not get upset with them.
It's a good thing at that point the delivery person didn't even show up, I was not in a mood he was safe to be around had he done so. I sent emails to corporate and tried calling them, but they don't have much in the way of customer service.
This was the first time my wife and I ever tried ordering from a Domino's in Brooklyn, and it will never happen again. Not really sure why we bothered. The local pizzeria took 20 minutes to serve us up a fresh hot pie which tasted perfect, nothing like Domino's usually does.
