Cordia Communications Informative - XO, Do not choose as phone company
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Three long weeks ago my lines were ported to XO from cordia and that's when I stepped into telephone hell once again. I had no dial tone inside until last friday, Nov. 10,06. I actually had to stand outside at the interface box to make a phone call. I was actually using someone else's phone number for two days then I was back to no dial tones. Today, alone i have spent a total of 9 hrs. 23 min. on hold for XO, and a total of 17 minutes speaking to a person, 4 disconnected after less than two minutes. I have left 12 messages with 6 different sales people, at 610-862-5527, 610-862-6078, 610-862-5531, 610-862-5529, 610-862-5528, 610-862-5526, with one return call. I have lost a whole day of business from two of my main areas of business today alone.
My sales person, Matt at 610-862-5526 promised me no disruption, or interuption of service, lie #1. He promised my bill would be no higher than $197.00 then it was $260.00, my first bill $901.80, lie #2. I was promised my first 30 days would be free due to the price mix up, 3rd lie! I was promised customer service, i have yet to actually get service, lie #4! Told the matter of no dial tone was being addressed, lie #5. Told my call forwarding would be set after the dial tones were at the land location, lie #6. I was promised by the sales people that i would get a call back, lies #7 through 25. the only people you can get within 5 minutes are those on voice mail in the sales department.
At 11:14 PM i finally got through to repair, great my phone lines are now forwarded with no unforwarding
Customer care supervisor, david in dallas, tx was sent an email at 11:49 pm from repair marvin in texas. He will supposedly call me back tomorrow, November 14,2006.
