LESS THAN ONE DAY after being copied on my email to Service Port, scolding the facility for rude behavior and incompetent technicians, Mr. Daniel J. Botz, Manager, Quality Programs, Aon Innovative Solutions, arranged for my laptop's repair at a different facility. He graciously maintained contact throughout the repair process and, upon completion, allowed me three weeks for thorough testing.

Mr. Botz' professionalism and attention to detail is a credit to Aon Corporation. Indeed, his definitive, hands-on approach to quality assurance sets a standard for other businesses to study and employ.

I offer my Navy's highest praise for exceptional performance: Bravo Zulu, Mr. Botz! Well Done.
