McDonald's Corporation Complaint - Get it right!!!!! - can they ever get it right?
SUMNER, WASHINGTON -- I had sworn off visiting the Sumner, wa location due to having to return orders literally every time. They would either forget to put something in the bag or they would put cheese on when we asked to have it left off. On this morning I hadn’t eaten and had been running around, decided since I was hungry I would try stopping in the drive thru one more time. Simple order, or so you would think.... one sausage mcmuffin with egg and no cheese...I watched it come up on the drive thru screen, $2.27 at the window please and was told to pull forward. Paid, received my bag very quickly as there were no other customers, I got halfway home and opened my sandwich.... CHEESE melting out the sides of the sandwich. I turned around and since there were still no cars, I just drove straight to the window, explained that I can not eat cheese and that was why I had ordered it without, the man apologized and sent it to the back, he even offered me a free hash brown or pie. I am not there to scam them out of free stuff, I just wanted my sandwich so I declined the offers, received my new (or so I was told) sandwich and like an idiot ...I drove off. Got about halfway home again and opened the sandwich, what do I see? CHEESE melting out the sides of the muffing again. This time the cheese wasn’t ALL over, just in spots, they had taken my same sandwich and peeled the melted cheese off (kind of) but how can you peel melted cheese out of an English muffin, egg and sausage...jeeze they couldn’t even seem to peel it off the wrapper. And why would they do that right after I tell them that I cannot eat cheese? How rude and disrespectful. I called the store manager and she said I could call the office.... what office? And what does that do for me now? In hindsight ...I wish I would have taken the free hash browns they offered, at least I would have had something for breakfast. So, here I am, disappointed in McDonalds once again and wishing that I could find a location to get it right for a change.
