INTERNET, FLORIDA -- I am so disgusted with this company. My probems started when I first signed up with this internet company and was over billed on my account seven times. It took me months and the help of my3cents.com before I got any response from this company. Well I used the service and gave them the benefit of the doubt because my problem had been resolved. Well they did it once again over charged my account and that was it. I emailed them over two months ago asking them to cancel my account immediately and to refund my money of two months service that I was over charged. I have emailed this company over ten times and have only gotten one false promise or another. This is the worst company I have ever done business with over the internet and I do a lot of my business online.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want my account cancelled and my money refunded to me as soon as possible. I have been more than patient with this company and they have done nothing but deliver false promises and ignore both my emails and phone calls to this company. Can you please help me resolve this probem so they do not keep billing my credit card.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
