FamousParts.com Complaint - No followup
CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA -- I ordered this part on 11/2/06 and it arrived Fedex 11/7/06 which was prompt. It, however, was packaged badly and being a very fragile part, was broken in about 4 pieces when I opened the box. I immediately called them and they told me that they would send out an RMA for this part and a replacement one at the same time. I contacted them a week later, and was told they would go check out the warehouse and get one out to me if there wasn't one already on the way. Then on 11/18, I called and they told me they would have me one on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and I spoke to an employee who told me to go take a leap. Send them back their part, dispute it with paypal, and then I would get a full refund and I could decide whether or not I wanted to do business with them again. When I explained all that had gone on and needed to see if one of the 3 that had been promised to me were on their way, he simply hung up on me.
