GS MotorWorks Complaint - Buyer Beware - Alien Scooter

Review by gradaigh on 2006-11-26
FRISCO, TEXAS -- Do your research before you buy from GS Motorworks, there are tons of complaints on the web about customers being ripped off from GS Motorworks, they do not stand behind their products.

I bought an Alien Scooters from GS Motorworks $1,399, with only 600 miles on the scooter the back wheel locked up.

My scooter was still under warranty when it stopped working; GS Motorworks promised to send parts, for the last 6 months I have called every week sometimes twice a week, and I have sent over 100 emails.

Finally after many threats and 6 months of waiting they sent the parts November 16th unfortunately the scooter still will not run, the wheel is still locked.

I contacted GS MotorWorks about the scooter not running telling them that I would like a new scooter or a refund, but they returned my emails unread.

Buyer beware - save your money and buy a real scooter!

My gsmotorworks scooter caused me nothing but grief. The Turners would not take my calls let alone return them. If you like that kind of service, Buy from GS Motorworks
