Old Navy Complaint - Poor quality of policy
RACINE, WISCONSIN -- There is a poor quality of the return/exchange policy when it comes to old navy. Many stores have great return/exchange policies. Many even stand behind returning or exchanging regardless if it is at a outlet store or a regular store. I recently went shopping at Johnson Creek, far away from my home, and went to exchange a pair of pants with the receipt and tags. Because I went to a non-outlet store I could not exchange them. This is rediculous. Regardless of which store it is, I am sorry, but $9.00 is $9.00 from old navy and I should be able to exchange it for something I am satisfied with. I will never shop at a old navy again. There is nothing the managers could do. There is not a outlet mall under 2hours from where I live. And because of this, I am unable to be satisfied with a product that I bought and can't do anything with!!! There needs to be a policy done where customers can be satisfied regardless if they go to a "store" or a "outlet", and there needs to be properly stated the difference between the two, especially with a return or exhange policy.
