Olive Garden Informative - Unusable Website
PORT CHARLOTTE, FLORIDA -- On Nov. 16 we went to the Port Charlotte, FL, Olive Garden. The service was horrible. When I came home I wanted to write to Olive Garden to tell them what had happened.
When you get on the "Contact Us" page, there are a lot of areas to fill out. One of them is the location of the restaurant you visited. The problem is you cannot fill out that line, and without that line you cannot submit the message.
On Nov. 18 I spoke with one of the managers of the Port Charlotte location. She said she would inform them of the problem. Now, two weeks later you still cannot fill in that line. How can you tell them what you think if they will not let you submit your information?
