Sams Discount stores Complaint - Pushed by a Sam's Club Cashier
HATBORO OR WILLOW GROVE, PENNSYLVANIA -- This past weekend my mom, sister and I were shopping for an iPod nano. We paid for the item and waited for the item to be delivered to us. As we were waiting my mother asked the cashier how long it was going to take to get the item. We had already waited about 15 minutes and were in a rush.
The cashier snapped and hit threw the divider down and hit my sister. The cashier then proceeded to push my mother in the chest. My mother then asked her to stop pushing her when this cashier started laughing and taunthing you know the Nnnnannannanannanan and again pushed my mother multiple times.
SHOCKED by this my mother went to customer service and reported the incident. The man at customer service followed us back to her and asked if she had pushed my mother and threw a divider she said yes but that it. The man at customer service said sorry and he was not going to do anything, apparently there was not manager present.
Our names weren't taken and no appology was presented to us. We finally got our Ipod but it was not in any box just in a little bag with no warrantee information or anything.
This whole ordeal was absolutlely shocking and more shocking was that someone was not reprimanded for hitting customers. We will never go back to that store again.
