VIENNA, VIRGINIA -- While the phone service from Sunrocket was acceptable to me, my complaint is on their billing practices. My annual service was up for renewal in November. I changed to a different company and cancelled the Sunrocket account in September (Email confirmation received). In September and October, I received notifications that my service was coming up for renewal and my account was going to be billed. I called to confirm that my account was indeed closed and I would not be billed and was assured by their customer support rep that was the case.

In November I received a $208 charge. I called to complain and was assured that it would be taken off within 10 days. We are now on day 20 and still no credit. I have disputed the charge and complained to the BBB, but still no credit. These guys are either inept, incompetent, imbecilic idiots or they are crooks, plain and simple. By all means...stay away!
