Decorating Etc., Inc. Complaint - Extremely Bad Customer Service

NEW YORK -- I ordered a light fixture on 9/18/06. The light had not shipped after 3 weeks so I called to find out the status of the order. I got voice mail so I left a message but no one responded. I called 5 times with no response. Finally I called at the beginning of November to get credit as they had already charged my credit card. They said they would look into it and call me back. I did not receive a call back. Then the light showed up and I refused shipment because by this time it had already been two months and I ordered it from somewhere else. I called again on 12/5 to find out if they received the light back and if I had received credit. They said they would call me back that day to let me know the status. No phone call.
