SUNCOM Complaint - Awful Coverage/Customer Service

NORTH CAROLINA -- I don't know what's worse...Suncom's slogan,commericals, or their service!! It's definitely a toss up. I was initially an AT&T customer & then was caught up in Suncom's web of neverending 2 year contracts & AWFUL cell coverage (during the time when everyone was being deceitfully switched over). When I started a new job earlier this year, my phone wouldn't work in my building...AT ALL. I called to complain & received a less than sympathetic response. I love the option of "why don't you have someone take over your contract?" I have a better suggestion for Suncom. Why don't they realize that they have the WORST cell service/customer service on the market? How can they not know how many frustrated customers they have...customers who've been around for years (against their will). They do absolutely NOTHING to maintain good customers. The "truth" is the service is awful & the only thing they "get" is how to push people away to find a new carrier. I have a new slogan for Suncom...more like a cheer:

S is for STINKING
U is for UNPLEASANT
N is for NAUSEATING
C is for CARELESS
O is for OFFENSIVE
M is for MISERABLE
