Premiere Trade AI Complaint - Warranty Fraud
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLORIDA -- I attended one of Premiere Trade's public lectures and agreed to try the program risk free for 2 weeks with no strings attached. After using the program daily for 10 days it was obvious that you couldn't become a good Forex trader with the limited training they provided and the limited means of the program. I called and talked to Steven (they won't give you their last names!) and got an RMA number as instructed on the contract before returning the product and told them I was cancelling the contract for the above reasons on 9/18/06. The entire package was mailed back by registered mail on the same day and delivered (per United States Postal records) on 9/21/06 at 10:53 am.
Finally, today I got a call from Michael stating my account had been credited. My credit card company verified it. Why did it take so long and the action of a web site coupled with my credit card company to get them to do what any respectable company would have done in September? I got my money back, but I can't recommend this company to anyone.
At the end of October I get a bill for $3100 charged to my credit card. I called their billing dept. 11/01/06 and was told by Rocky his manger Bobby would post a refund to my account by Friday evening 11/03. On 11/7 I checked my credit card account and no refund! I called again & spoke to Vlardimir (spelling?) who claimed his boss was tied up and would call me back...You guessed it..he didn't. On 11/8 I called again and spoke with Rocky who said it would take 1-3 more weeks before I receive my refund, but be assured I would get one. 12/15/06... No messages and still no refund. My credit card company is looking into it.
DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!
