TV Market Place Complaint - Customer Service - Internet Shopping

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered with internet shopping. Their delivery guarantee means absolutely nothing. They do not respond to e-mail, their phone is answered by a mailbox that is full and will not accept messages, and no on answers the "Live Chat" option. It took me three days to get through to a live person who told me the product that I ordered which was advertised as "In Stock - Guaranteed for Christmas" was actually out of stock and backordered 3-4 weeks. The representative would not put me through to a supervisor or manager and his only solution was an offer to cancel the order. HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Agreed! I hope you canceled and thanks for it info on these guy's. There seems to be a lot of them doing this same thing.
