Review by Team willo on 2006-12-15
JEWETT CITY, CONNECTICUT -- This so called Co. lost its case against (the customer). Case # SCA 10-92765 look it up at www.jud2.state.ct and they still refuse to pay because she has an autistic child. My name is William Grabbert and I am asking everyone who cares to call this co. at 1-860-376-0591 and tell them to pay thier bills. I am a home Improvement contractor and I fixed the roof for her because they would not she sued and won. But they will not pay because of her son this is unfair. So lets make this fair. Come on america give me a hand to stop them.

What possible reason would they have for not paying that would have to do with her having "an autistic child"?? I think we are missing a large chunk of the story.

I disagree! I think this person is trying to help someone in a bad situation. Team willo I will be calling that number but the problem is when you win this kind of lawsuit you can only go back to court in the end to try to make them pay. They know that and it is what they do to not pay it, who ever gives up first, wins.

I tried to look up the docket number provided to see what is going on, but the site states it requires a 6 digit number and I can't get the provided one to work.

That docket number doesn't work for me either.

I just talked to lori and she said I am surprised anybody even cares. So thank you to the person who said they would call. You just gave her a Christmas Present. Thank you.

Kudos to you, Team Willo ... it's people who care the way you do, that gives other people hope when they think everyone is only looking after themself. I'm sure you were a blessing to this customer...the good in you will be recognized and remembered.

"they refuse to pay because she has an autistic child" - Could you explain that more?

Has she started the process of enforcing the judgement yet?

Good luck.
