Carlock Nissan Complaint - Saleman Information - Wrong Information

Review by Exponential on 2006-12-15
JACKSON, TENNESSEE -- Day 10. First fill up of gas and sticker on inside of gas lid says: "Premium fuel recommended for optimum performance."

My wife and I specifically asked if this vehicle ran on regular gas and was informed it did. Upon calling the salesman he recinded that conversation and specified that he said: mid grade at minimum. Had we known that, we would not have purchased this vehicle. Again Nissan is not up front with its customers.

The saga continues.

They all say that. Fill it with regular and be on your merry way. There's not much diff between Premium and Reg anyway.

This may be a first, but I agree with JayD.

You know what? I feel so sorry for this guy's salesperson! Imagine getting a phone call every day about another "complaint" from a consumer who did not do his homework prior to purchasing a car!!
