YUBA CITY, CALIFORNIA -- On or about 02/06/02 i contacted your dealership by email concerning a vehicle sold to my mother ( Loretta Olschowka )and as I explained my mother has has multible strokes and is not capible of making finacial decisions, as I also explained My sister Laura Hanns is presently caring for my mother and is rapidly depleating her finances, as well as having her either sign or co-sign for products or services, without her knowing what she is signing or if she actually done the signing, your dealerships lack of attention to this matter is to say the least unexceptable, my sistr neither has the resourses nor the intentions in paying for this car. it should also be noted my mother has never driven a day in her life.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want the car returned and my mothers contract vioded
