Wal- Mart Complaint - Here today gone tomorrow

LUCEDALE, MISSISSIPPI -- Too old to walk all over the stores looking for things that were in isle #3 today won't be there tomorrow! Will they? Folks? And parallel parking for the handycaped, Are you Insane? What Nut thought of that one? Remember the baby boomers are coming soon. Not enough space for them to park.

I am well aware of the reason stores keep moveing things around, but they are making customers very angry by doing so. Please don't make us angry shoppers. That makes us very impatient with others in the store. I have a very short fuse when others stand in the middle or the isle to gab. When I'm looking for a moved product. I'm not an old grouch SORRY! Or Brain dead either. I move to the side if I'm stopped in the isle, and not in my own small little world.

I understand the frustration. I hate it when they move things too. The reason they do it is some college educated marketing idiot is convinced you will buy more things if you pass by more displays while you are trying to find what you came after. (Twice??)

Nothing irks me more than when other customers stand in the middle of an aisle with their shopping cart blocking both lanes of traffic.

Nothing irks me more than when stores leave there stock in the middle of an isle to put away, but there is nobody there to put it away.

yoke, you are so right. I was recently in Baker's supermarket and they were restocking. One of the guys turned to me and apologized for the mess. I thanked him for that. Walmart employees never apologized and always looked at you like you're invading their space.

Cyane I agree and what is worse is when someone else stops to talk to them and both of them ack like you are not there.

Yeah the handy capped parking is wierd. I see capable people parking in those spots and wheelchair people are inconvienced to go elsewheres [very sad]. I suppose the one way to move people from loitering in the middle isle is to use those hand held airhorns. On a more serious note however, a red flag should go up mentally when you see consumable items being opened and casually eaten cause like in Walmart, huge store, the consumer also casually place the packaging down elsewheres and it's never paid for.

Our WM contantly runs out of things. I was looking for peppermint extract today to make some holiday goodies - they were out. And I too fume when stupid people suddenly stop in front of me and just stand there. It is worse now with the crowds shopping. Then at another store I had to stop and wait for 3 store employees to pass by me giggling and taking their time. Since when does the customer have to make way for the employees? Thank you for this opportunity to vent. I feel better now.

Hay kid and Noneill Don't get me started about the parking lots , man the way they drive in them. they come in from the wrong way and expect you to pull to the side , and let them steal a parking spot from you.

I was in a Walmart here well back and they had the store a mess, because they were remodeling, AGAIN. Anyway, I was in the checkout line and was purchasing amost $200.00 worth of stuff, when the lady rang up the next to the last thing, her register froze, she said we would have to take our puchases to the service desk so they could be rang up, and that she would do it, well, each register was signed in for someone else, therefore she wasn't allowed to use them. I said I would like to speak to a manager, so she called one up and she was playing the Walmart game of taking her time, and I politely asked why they were remodeling this store, because it was around 5 years old and she said it is customary for Walmart to remodel all stores every 5 years, so I told her, I would rather they spend less money on remodeling and more money on training staff and keeping registers working, she did not see the humor in it. I am like a lot of you, It is frustrating when you go in to get something, because they have moved it again, they think we have nothing better to do, than run around their stores like a chicken with its head cut off. They do NOT care about their customers anymore, all they care about is your MONEY!!
