Garofalo Master Plumbing and Heating Corp Complaint - Installation of waste pipe.

RIDGEWOOD, NEW YORK -- I have used this plumbing co. before with much satisfaction, so I thought he would be the best person for the job. They said they would repair any damage done. The job took may longer than it was supposed to. Thay put the wrong connection on for the toilet and then they had to install a new toilet. They did the shower nob installation wrong and then put up tileboard that didn't match and broke my boiler room door. Of course, they said they didn't do it.

They then said that they wouldn't charge me for the job, but with all their destruction, it is costing me the same to correct the situation.

If you had a contract with this company, I would recommend reviewing the fine print. Perhaps they are still liable for the repairs of what they broke.

Most likely any fine print will only help the company, not the customer. I mean, that's why fine print usually exists.
