I ordered some shirts from tshirts.com. They are really helpful and eager to answer your queries before you pay them; but then... My shipment arrives with one of the three shirts replaced with some silly T-shirt. First thing I do is check my order and see that I did not make a mistake. I send a mail informing them that I did not receive the right shirt - no reply. I send a second email - "please inform what the problem is" - I inform. Three days later no reply.

I wonder what will happen... I have emailed them again and still no reply.

It seems like after sale service isn't much of a concern. I cant afford to phone over seas with South Africa's expensive over seas call rates.

As long as the wrong t-shirt they sent you doesn't include "the N-word", then I think you made out OK!

Try disputing the charge with your credit card company on the basis you did not receive what was ordered. That will make them respond. Let them know in an email this is what you intend to do.

ZA-customer I think you are right and now that thay have your money they really don't care. Sorry about your problem

Skype has less expensive rates to call South Africa if you need to.
