I ordered some shirts from tshirts.com. They are really helpful and eager to answer your queries before you pay them; but then... My shipment arrives with one of the three shirts replaced with some silly T-shirt. First thing I do is check my order and see that I did not make a mistake. I send a mail informing them that I did not receive the right shirt - no reply. I send a second email - "please inform what the problem is" - I inform. Three days later no reply.
I wonder what will happen... I have emailed them again and still no reply.
It seems like after sale service isn't much of a concern. I cant afford to phone over seas with South Africa's expensive over seas call rates.
