MCLS Autos Complaint - Gross Misrepresentation and Faulty Vehicle

Review by Rocgroup on 2006-12-17
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I bought a preowned car from MCLS Autos that was "quality checked and certified" as all their cars are claimed to be, I live out of state and the vehicle was supposed to be delivered once my financing went through..The car wasn't delivered until a whole month later. When it was delivered, it came with no title or drive-aways(which was supposed to allow me drive the car until they could produce the cars ownership). Now because they illegally sold a car without owning the car, I was stuck with a car I paid for and couldn't drive and attempts to get in contact with them was futile!! when I finally could get the car to move, BMW deemed the car to be below minimum safety standards and tagged costs to get the car up to par at $2800. The dealership has refused to bring the car up to par or do anything to compensate for the almost 2 months that I have paid for a car that I cannot drive!!MCLS blows and are a FRAUD!!!!!
