Bennoti Complaint - Customer Service (or lack thereof) - Free Espresso Machine
Free Espresso Machine - Complaint
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA -- I've been following the curious trail Bennoti has been blazing. All the complaints regarding lack of live CS are true...i.e. line drops after being on hold. As a former skip-tracer I am determined to break their code. My effort today was to call Ms. Pooja Verma at the corporet office in NYC. Of course, she wasn't in her office but promised a call back. (Yah! and I just saw a pig fly past my window!) Anyway, I'll post any results.

I finally reached Bennoti CS yesterday. Unfortunatley, I had to be 'patched' through from the home office in NYC. (I'll provide that number if you want.) 'Maria' seemed decent enough...seems they're just overwhelmed by response for Free Espresso Machine. After hearing the coffee costs involved I decided to stick with Caraboo/Starbucks. Merry Christmas!

only thing that is good is they havent charged my card yet. In possible to get someone on phone when i did promised it would be shipped 2 weeks ago. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN got the on phone yesterday they siad they'ed look into it and call me right back (yeah right) now ive been hung up on by phone system telling me to send email that doesnt work either by the way. if you get thier line that doesnt tell you to please hold you can stay on hold tell they notice then they'll pick up phone and hang up . Maybe to make out going call on it im not sure. Very disappointed to say the least
