ViaTalk Compliment - ViaTalk - VoIP service

Review by Aloe on 2006-12-20
For those looking for an alternative to Vonage, try ViaTalk. It has worked great for me over the past year and is even cheaper than Vonage! I am surprised how many people have Vonage considering how it is more expensive. I suppose advertising does work! Anyhow, try ViaTalk!!!!

Check out some interesting reviews here regarding service from both vendors. I've had vonage going on 2 years now, it's been pretty bullet-proof. The Customer Service may not be the greatest, but the service itself is very reliable.

I guess for me it is service and reliability. There is no customer anymore that I can find.

I have had viatalk for the last year and a half and no problems. Would definitely recommend.

bgs720, you must be one of the lucky few. Everyone I know who has viatalk says the service sucks - from calls not going through the first time to no service at all (dead lines) other times. Although they do say it's been better the last 6 months.

I escaped RoadRunner 'digital' phone. ViaTalk has almost EVERYTHING I could want for home service.

Setup whitelisting to allow ONLY people in your phonebook. That's the end of unwanted calls.
