Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership Informative - Problem with manangment

CHILLICOTHE, OHIO -- I feel that AAron's has been very evasive and non-cooperative and the worst thing was that I have been treated rudely. I am 18 years old and this is one of the first purchases I have made and I am very discouraged about the sales department at our local Aaron's store. I had to return my P.C. and it has been gone for repair for over a month and ahalf. I regret dealing with Aaron's and I am dissaloushioned about the purchasing procedure all together. I hope your bureau can find some satisfaction on my behalf. I have not seen any resolution in this matter. Please help if you can I will appreciate your quick responce.

I live in a college town and we have one of these places. They prey on college kids with mass media glitzy advertising and promises of have it now with easy to make weekly payments except buried in the barrage of BS is that you end up paying an exorbitant price for their junk. I'm all about Laissez-faire capitalism but these guys are soulless slime merchants. I guess they do offer up a butt load of lessons learned to the younger generation, I'll give them that.

from an employee's point of view, it's also as bad. Aaron's does little to educate it's employess regarding the upkeep of computers, we simply ask you to forward all complaints to the manufacturer. They, in turn take care of your problem, but in your lease agreement, you are supposed to be provided with a loaner. In most cases you will not be given one, only because we are attempting to save costs. Computers should never be rented to own, in my opinion, simply because by the time you finished paying for it, it is now obsolete. There are a few stores who luckily have a person who is somewhat computer literate, good luck finding them though. I'm sorry your experience with Aaron's was terrible. The answer to your problem was to proceed higher up the management ladder to get resolution on your product concern. Unfortunatley the company could care less about your problem, but should you be late with your payment we will definitely be at your door.
