Winestuff.com Complaint - Unreliable service - wine accessories

EASTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- If this helps one person I consider this complaint successful. While shopping for the perfect holiday gift for my nf who loves wine, I found this website and ordered from it. I was promised a delivery time frame of 1 week and it has now been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen my merchandise. I have tracked it online and called the store numerous times. Each time they promise me a delivery date and yet I haven't seen it yet. Do not order from winestuff.com. They have been unresponsive to my emails as well. Save yourself the headache! Trust me.

Your review is quite timely. I was sent a catalog for that company last month and was considering ordering some stuff. Thanks for the heads up.

I try to stick with the more well-known domain names when it comes to this kind of stuff... like wine.com. The smaller sites may offer some occasional better pricing, but you always run the risk of problems like this.

I so agree with your comments about this site. I just posted a complaint on them as well that happened at Xmas this year as well. I am going to all sites where you can review online websites I can find to tell everyone about them. I feel like going to a PA office to complain about them as well that is how ticked at this site that I am....
