eBay Complaint - EBay Suspended My Account Out of Blue
GREETINGS Fellow Truth Seekers:
Well, its been over 48 hours since I emailed my suspension complaint(s)to them and I even went into polite live chat with eBay yesterday, as to WHY THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT recently to just buy stuff on eBay [I'm NOT A SELLER]. they told me their VOLUME OF COMPLAINTS ARE HUGE, so it would take them more time to answer the email(s) they verified I sent them [they also did not have a clue why I was suspended even during live chat],as to WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED OUT OF THE BLUE?
I checked my email feedback today since the year 2000 on eBay [even with a suspended account, you can do that], and its all been POSITIVE for years. I have 41 transactions with eBay. My USER ID IS "markpetersonjr".
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?????
EBay needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission on this one. My communication to them was polite, live chat and followup emails; their response to me to date was "I don't know, just wait".
