SportsAuthority.com Complaint - Cheaters in Shipping the item already paid

SPORTSAUTHORITY.COM -- These guys are promise breakers and have a very bad customer service system. I had paid for the item and see that it is not yet shipped out even after 5 days as they said it will be shipped out within 2 business days after payment.
I called their Customer service after 4 days and had to wait for 40 minute with "Please wait" message for every 1 minute and finally caought up a representative who apolozised and promised that it will be shipped yesterday and reach me by Saturday before Christmas. Still today, I don't see that the item is shipped and called the customer service and the guy who took the call transfered me to Customer service of "Linen's and Things" which is entirely different store. Again I called and this guy just hung up the phone after hearing the order. 3rd time I called and this guy apolozoses for the delay in shipping and says that it can be delivered by Dec 29th which is a way too late than they had promised. I don't recommend this store again as these guys are playing around with the customers during the holiday season.
