TotalVac.com Complaint - Taking order with zero in stock

On December 14, Placed an order of blender for my daughter as a X-mas present, but found has not been delivered over a week. Checked with the company TotalVac.com and found they will have the item in stock on Jan 3rd. There was no indication that it was out of stock at time of order. Person on the phone was not admitting their fault. Cancelled the order to shop elsewhere. Then for my curiosity, I visited TotalVac.com again and found they were still taking order for the item while they have zero in stock. I will not shop from this company ever.

This is quite a common practice, particularly with small webshops that don't get a lot of sales. They don't want to lose a sale, so they just keep taking them without notification of delayed shipping. They figure most folks won't cancel the order... so instead of losing all sales to an out of stock message, they still get a good percentage of sales.
