eMachines Complaint - Don't Buy Emachines - Model # W3115
I was having problems with my E-machines computer. My windows has some how been corrupted and I was unable to gain access system restore, help & support, msconfig. I sent my computer back to
E-machines, they sent me the box to ship it free. I sent the tower to them Nov. 7, 06. I received my tower back on Nov 21, said they had to replace the mother board. When I received the tower it was damaged in shipment, had to resend it back. Wait for a new postage paid box, the box was sent through DHL carrier and was lost, then found. Sent the tower back to them Nov. 28,06. I received the tower back on DEC. 15, 06. It's been a week, my printer will no longer work with this PC, but will work with any other. They have had to send me a new mouse as my old one would not fit. I now have the same problem all over again. This time it will be a little easier as I can take it to a Best Buy to be serviced providing that I can find my receipt. Or I can resend it back to them. I work from home and not having my computer has put a real strain on my budget.
Over the course of this I have spoke with poorest customer service reps. One was so rude to me, would not give me his badge # and when I kept asking for it, he then hung up on me. A supervisor told me that it wasn't E-machines fault because I received the damaged tower. It was the shippers fault, even though they packed it, and it was Not packed well.
