Spilsbury.com Complaint - No concern for customers
This company obviously only is concerned with the almighty buck....customer service sucks. I ordered in time for shipment delivery before Christmas...however, due to their warehouse (so they say)they put the wrong tracking number on it. This sent it to a front door in Atlanta, GA two states away from my address. Once I realized their mistake...I called the company. Their answer, Gee, We don't and won't overnight a new shipment, however, most of the products are discontinued(translation: sold out now)but we can send the products we have and you'll receive them AFTER Christmas.Then I was told they contacted UPS and as expected..they could do nothing either!!!
