Ceiva Logic Complaint - Misleading web experience & poor customer service
CROWNSVILLE, MARYLAND -- With experiences like this -will Ceiva stay in business much longer? Much like the other comments, I thought I had purchased this as a very innovative Christmas gift for my ailing father.
But no, days after I placed my order, I got an email saying it had been backordered but they hoped to deliver the week before Christmas. Then I called a couple days before and was told the same thing. I asked if they had received their shipment yet and when the rep did not know I asked to talk to someone who did. He informed me they had not and chances were slim I would receive the gift before Christmas. Why had the first rep not said that? Why had they not told me initially that it was on backorder? That is really inexcuseable.
Today I called just to see if there was a chance but no, it will not ship until next week. I asked who I should send a letter too and after being put on hold for a bit was given the mailing address of the Office of the COO? Can I have an email? No. Can I have his or her name? No.
I feel confident the Office of the COO will read my letter.
This was our "big gift" to our parents this year. The other is socks. Thanks, Ceiva.
