Sony Complaint - defective HMD-A200 Monitor and The Worst Customer Service
LEHIGHTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- Just in case you missed or ignored the review:
The monitor broke within a year. I have 20 year old IBM monitor still working fine. Even my BW monitor costing less than $100 work fine after 10 years! We need to be smarter in relying on the brand names. Times have changed. In my book SONY means shoddy design and workmanship!
How about their custome service? The worst ever I have the misfortune of encountering. Incompetent cowards hiding behind corporate veil. They appear to be waiting for the customer to get sick and tired of their incompetency and quit calling them.

I sure hope I have time to sue them soon enough.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Hire a professional customer service manager!
If you need to know how to improve your customer service, ask your customers!
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
