ShopNBC & Invicta Watch Informative - Open Letter to ShopNBC & Invicta Watch. I'm in the Twilight Zone over Defective Christmas Gift. Does either company care?

ShopNBC – Attn: Manager of Customer Service & Jim Skelton

Invicta – Attn Service Manager & Eyal Lalo

I am having a real problem getting any satisfaction regarding an Invicta Watch I received as a Christmas Gift.
The watch is clearly defective.

ShopNBC refers me to Invicta because the Purchaser bought the Item on October 30th in anticipation of Christmas.

Invicta admits the defect but their service center claims they have no way to remedy the defect
