Hasbro Complaint - Did not deliver for the Holidays

I ordered two gifts from Hasbro online with standard shipping on December 7th in order to get my neice her present in time for the holidays. Hasbro offered no package tracking for standard shipping. I did not learn that my gift was returned to them until December 27th when I got an automated e-mail. My brother said the package was NEVER delivered. When I called Hasbro they said the package was returned by the US Postal Service with no explanation and that I could replace my order in the same manner. I then spoke to a manager, Amanda Employee ID 652, who did not offer me anything for the fact that my neice did not receive her gift in time for the holidays. When I pushed she finally said that if I replaced my order she would give me a free upgrade to FedEx shipping. Amazingly, when I agreed to this she said that she couldn't fulfill the order because they were now out of stock on one of the two items which is interesting because she said my order was only returned yesterday!

My message to fellow consumers: DO NOT ORDER FROM HASBRO ONLINE! Order from a more reputable online vendor like Amazon or Toys R Us.

I agree with *Brenda*. Sounds more like a postage issue than a Hasbro issue.
