Spilsbury Complaint - Poor customer service

I ordered a product from Spilsbury 10 days before Christmas and received a confirmation email. Christmas came and went then several more days. I emailed them asking when I would be receiving my order and was told there was a problem and to re-submit it. They did not try to contact me when they found the problem so I could have corrected it and received the item at least close to the holiday. This is very poor customer service and obviously they do not care if they sell their products or not.
