Moss Bros Dodge Complaint - Lies/trust/respect/loyality to customer.

RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- Went to buy a car but decide to buy a truck, and was told it would be ready the next day by 3pm. Upon signing all paper work, was told that the tail gate could not be replace due to buying the 2005 dodge ram truck for $26000,00. Upon over seeing the truck that evening, I was was told the tail gate would be fix or replace and the check engine light was on and it also would be service and fixed. After leaving the lot and driving the truck 36 miles the check engine light came back on.

Probably not what you want to hear, but I can't see spending $26,000 on a vehicle that has the "check engine" light problem.

Can't replace the tailgate because its a 2005 for $26,000? I don't see the connection. Did you buy a 2005 or 2006? Did they give you a warranty or was it "AS IS"? A 2006 should have a warranty. I agree with Sheriff. You probably signed the papers too quick.

I'm guessing you test drove the vehicle before you paid for it. Was the check engine light on when you test drove it? Park that thing in their service bay driveway and demand your money back.
