HAWAII -- You guys sell thousands of these… Why is this happening?
If your product was this unreliable it would be chaos!
We bought them and have paid 2 times @ 22.00 each time to correct these problems by mail.
My wife is not happy with your solution… She feels that is this day and age this “Tech crap” should be history.
If the average person can not operate the device, it will not be successful (as in the original dial up modem or NIC)
If you will not send another pair, please refund all shipping costs also.
I also was surprised to read your last comments as I have been in the tech field for 30 years and the ethics are, NEVER give up.
If we are willing to try, then what you are implying is that we are inept and can not procure a correct operating procedure for your product!
Two times the battery has failed… and now we can’t get it to read on any computer in a 5 mile radius. It’s not us!
Now with shipping we have almost paid 2 times for this product. We are a family of principle and feel that your response is inappropriate.
The proper solution would be to send the money for all the shipping and a “New” pair of glasses.
My wife has been using my Oakley’s on her computer for over I month and has NO problems. This is NOT a consumer education problem.
