Sprint PCS Complaint - No Service
After trying, unsuccessfully, to have four phones and numbers transferred from Nextel to Sprint, and still not having any service for the last three days. I have repeatedly called their service line only to be told everyday, that service would be activated within 24 hours, 30 minutes, 2-3 hours, or that they will call me back. I have gotten the calls back only to be told "we're working on it." All I really want is to have some phone service. I have spoken to more English as second language people in the last three days, have been on terminal hold with these same people, and still have no phone service. If I didn't still have a land line at home, I would have been screwed. My cell phone is the way everyone gets in touch with me. Rarely, do I use a land line, unless I am at work. I am completely fed up with Sprint and I haven't even used their service yet. Not to mention that they make you pay for one and one-half months service up front. I'm paying for something that I don't have use of. They won't give you any other number to call and they all lie about what is going on. I have been told so many different things and they must all be trained to say "we're working on it right now." Do they have trained mice working in their Technical division?
Any advice out there?
