Jefferson Wholesale, LLC Complaint - False advertising/money holding

METARIE, LOUISIANA -- On December 22,2006, I met with salesman "Quinn" of Jefferson Wholesale. We discussed the purchase of an {1999}Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The agreed price was sold to me for $3,459.00. The sticker on the car and key displayed that the car was in fact an 1999. I paid $3,459.00 cash to Jefferson Wholesale. On December 23,2006, while securing insurance, I found out from an insurance representative that the car I've purchase was not an 99, it was actually an 95. I was not satisfied and believe that Jefferson Wholesale committed intentional false advertising and I immediately contacted the dealership to express my discontent and requested some of my money back. The owner refused/failed to meet with me to resolve the matter. I've made several visits to the dealership. On December 29, 2006, I spoke with the salesman "Quinn" of Wholesale. I informed him that I would bring the car back and expect an full refund. I dropped off the car and keys on that same day, which salesman "Quinn" accepted. The owner told "Quinn" I could only be refunded for only 3,000.00, because I had the car for 6 days. The owner refused to speak with me, and the salesman would not let me speak with him personaly or release any kind of contact information on the owner. I am requesting a judgment in favor of me, for a full refund in the amount of $3,459.00

Hang on to all of your documentation. Including what the insurance company sent you. Take them to small claims court. You should be able to recover ALL of your costs.

Agreed and also report them to the State's A.G. good luck but I don't think you will need it.
