Motoworldracing.com Informative - Be careful when ordering online with motoworldracing.com

Review by inneed100 on 2007-01-02
CALIFORNIA -- In the web page you will not see if the desired product is "in or out" of stock as you will do in others like motosport.com. Can you believe that is going to take 3 weeks to get a fairly common helmet to the day that I order it to the day that I will receive it??? And I'm not talking about the kind that are too expensive to keep a stock.

And be careful to ask the name of the person who will answer the phone if you try to get customer service so you have a name of the guy who WILL treat you like you are asking for free stuff!.
TKS and keep roosting

Too many online stores warehouse nothing. If they maintained a stock it wouldn't take 3 weeks to ship a common item. When they get an order they contact a supplier for the item to be drop shipped to you. The seller maintains no stock, has little overhead and offers no customer service. That's also why it can be next to impossible to return and item for a refund or exchange. The original store can't return it either so you get stuck with it. It's an easy way to make a bit of profit.

Stop ordering on line! Go to the store and look at what you are getting then buy.
