Bennoti Coffee CO. Informative - Trying to get a refund for the Coffee Maker

WALHALLA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- To who it may concern I purchased a cojjee maker from bennoni coffee co. When ti was belivered I called the co. for a return. We then mailed the coffee maker back to them.That was over a month ago and after over 12 calls and 20 emails we have not heard from anyone or had a credit in my bank.I would be very happy if you can do something for all the poor people who arein the same position as i am

Benotti coffee apparently doesn't know beans about customer service. Sounds like the same old grind.

Did you get a tracking receipt to show they received it? Did you pay for it by credit card? If so, dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Aren't these the expresso coffee makers that come "free" if you join their coffee club? I was just watching this, if it is the same the coffee comes in little blister packs. If you joined their coffee club and got a "free" coffee maker they would likely give you zero for returning it, they want you to buy their coffee until kingdom come. Why did you send the coffeemaker back? You paid nothing for it. That's a gift for joining the club. What you should have sent back was the coffee. Hope it's not too late to contact them to cancel your membership. There's a 'contact us' link on their website. (To my dying day I'll never understand why people will give out their bank information for anything that says 'free trial offer.' They're just asking for trouble!)

Everything is pretty simple....I mean it happen to me for one experience about something I bought from another company. Yeah...dispute the charges. My uncle who bought me the machine doesn't seem to have any problems with the shipping and returning. He bought one for himself and because he decided that he didn't want it he returned it and received credit in like 1 week.
