Boardco.com Complaint - Poor Customer Service

UTAH -- Just to forwarn anyone interested in ordering items from this company. Their Customer service does not exsist. So if there is a problem with your order, you will be to blame and they will not handle it or apologize for it.
I made an order, was contacted by phone to let me know one of the items was out-of-stock and one on back-order. The girl told me I was being called to see if I still wanted the order. I said no, due to the fact I couldn't get 1/2 of it and the other half wouldn't come in until after Christmas. This conversation was on Dec. 6th. Well this past week I got a shipping notice. I contacted the company immediatly and they said that since I didn't get the cancellation by e-mail, it wasn't valid. I don't know why, they didn't contact me via e-mail, nor did the lady say that she would send me an e-mail. In the mean time, I have not accepted the order and have no idea where is is located. Besides, now my CC is over limit and due to this company still charging me, I have an over-limit fee. There have been no apologies, just a "Like I said you should have gotten an e-mail to cancel"

Just contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. That should take care of the charge and the over-limit fee. And make sure you refuse the package when it comes.
