FRISCO, TEXAS -- The scooter was returned to GS Motorworks on December 18, 2006. On December 31, GS Motorworks told me that the scooter was damaged when the shipping company dropped it off. They also told me that two of their mechanics said that the scooter was involved in a wreck.

First of all the scooter was never wrecked, it stopped running when it was under the warranty; I have been dealing with this company since June 2006 with no positive results. They are telling me that the state of the bike affects my refund and their policy is NO returns. GS Motorworks said that once the scooter was returned they would process my refund, but they have not. Now GS Motorworks not only has the scooter they also have my money, $1,399. All I am asking for is my refund.

FALLSTON, MARYLAND -- I was sent a lemon a little after 7/06. It worked for 2 miles then continued to fail every mile or so until it finalized at 14 miles. The company made or tried to make me take it to a mechanic, or haul it all around Maryland to get it fixed, made no mention of the lemon law, until I was informed by a friend and mechanic. I had to bend over backwards to get the scooter back. Now I'm taking them court for the 1,598 and 3,000 extra for being a fraudulent business.
