Route 66 shoes Complaint - The quality of craftmanship

Review by falling apart on 2007-01-03
LAKE PLACID, FLORIDA -- I am very unhappy with the quality of your product line of shoes .

I usually am very satisfied with your product
but the last two or three times I have been
very dissatisfied.

I had purchased three pairs of shoes that you
manufactured and they have fallen apart not more than a day just from wearing them

I usually buy your shoes all the time but as of
now I have decided not to be a loyal customer
any longer.

Maybe this may at least help you in trying to
supply a better quality item to consumers

I believe those are KMart's brand of shoes - made in China.

There Kmarts brand. I have bought there boots twice for myself and have been very happy with them. I bought womans work boots which I wear almost everyday to work, one pair will last almost a year for me. I work in a dirty warehouse and do a lot of walking each shift usually about 5 miles a shift. After about 7 months they start to wear in the inside which makes them hurt my feet.

That's what I was getting at ghost Buster, if they bought shoes at K-Mart or Walmart their feet will be hurtin'!

Does anyone have the mailing / e-mail address for Route 66? I have a defective pair of shoes I'd like to complain about and get them replaced.

Route 66 shoes made now are a piece of #$% and . They fell apart in less than 2 months. No receipt to return them to Kmart, besides it"s past the 30 day return policy. To anyone looking to buy shoes like these, good luck in finding someone in China to deal with.
